Although Dhirubhai had no formal education, he did have an inherent sense of hard work and street smartness ingrained in him which only comes from a desperation to prove oneself.

He started work at a young age as a mill servant, which was a conventional occupation at that time At the age of 32. Dhirubhai felt that he should change his profession and thus ventured in the real estate and developer business. Dhirubhai had no experience in the field even if he had the ideas to create a Change. With a view of investing in property, he received immense support from Mr Govind C. Patel, who was then the Chairman of Ganesh Housing Cerporation. Mr Patel lent Dhirubhai a tract of land on credit with a challenge to develop it. True to his words, Dhirubhai converted that undeveloped acreage Into a budding project; in spite of starting with a meager budget of Rs33,000. The determination and focus of Dhirubhai in his work was all the trust that Mr Patel needed. Their business relationship slowly blossomed into one like a family.

The current Managing Director of the Group, Mr Sunilbhai, grew up with a famlly that had long since been in the business and as a result Sunilbhal drew a great deal of inspiration from them.

Sunilbhai used to live together with Dhirubhai from a time when he was young and so was able to pick up on the intricacies of the real estate business too. Like his mentor, Sunilbhai has demonstrated his prowess in advancing the success of the Group in the long run. He envisioned howthe future of the company as well as the marketwill be shaped and leads the Group towards achievingit.
